This dated kitchen was large, but lacking in efficient storage or eye-catching detail. The clients wanted to keep their floors, but otherwise wanted to improve on the flow and function of the kitchen. We extended the island to incorporate seating as well as adding storage. The space demanded a focal point, and the copper hood seemed the perfect detail for the room. Accent shelves and a specialty painted finish complement the rustic cherry cabinets. Quartz countertops offer elegance as well as easy maintenance. Undercabinet lights and new LED recessed cans improve the lighting of the kitchen as well.
