This former rental property was in need of some TLC as well as an update, but the owners wanted to keep the wood floors. Reconfiguring the layout and stacking cabinets to nearly 9’ added lots of storage but also drama and interest. The island features a custom color and extra storage including a servo-drive trash pullout. Corner storage drawers and custom pantry cabinets also enhance the function. Glass cabinets with interior lighting and decorative pendant lights assist with the improved lighting throughout, while New Elegance quartzite countertops complement the glass tile backsplash, lending an overall elegant and classic feel.
