Designer: Maria Jean
Let me start by saying that of all the businesses of any type (medical included) that I have dealt with over many years, Southwest Kitchen and Bath ranks as number one, hands down. You have no equal! Your Business is highly professional without being impersonal, and trustworthy at a level seldom seen today. I love your cohesive, well-integrated , team organizational structure! The level of project coordination, and timing of each step, was truly remarkable! I cannot emphasize this enough. Also, your unexpected attention to detail such “disposal/recycling” of our old cabinets was so helpful. I recall the special effort you made to get our cabinets to us “on time,” given that the truck driver for the cabinet company quit unexpectedly. Bravo to you!
Everyone we worked with, especially Maria, Stacey and Wina made our remodeling experience wonderful and so easy! They were always on top of everything, and never made us feel our questions we tiresome.
(Unfortunately, we senior citizens all- too-often encounter negativity directed towards us from business and sales people.) The fact that mel, the owner of SWKB, actually came to our house on the first day of demolition, with home-backed muffins for us, was down right surprising, and most welcome.
How amazing is that? The muffins were so delicious!
I do want to mention that I had some general ideas about what I wanted in a new kitchen but Maria is who brought those ideas to life. She is an outstanding designer, with a keen eye for beauty and style! She is also cost conscious, and works with client, rather than being dictatorial about what should be. Her Knowledge of cabinets and other building materials is broad, and her facility with generating computer ”blueprints” and renditions is tremendous.
The construction crew were also primo. Beautiful work, performed in a timely fashion, they were all very thoughtful and courteous. Even left our place cleaner than when they found it.
My husband and I thank you all for making our dream kitchen a reality!
We love you, SWKB!
